Intro

I offer small, reflective workshops rooted in intuitive art-making, writing, and presence.

These sessions are not about learning techniques or producing finished work. They are about creating space — for exploration, expression, and connection — using simple creative processes as a way in.

What the workshops offer

Each workshop invites participants to slow down and work with colour, imagery, and words in a way that feels accessible and personal.

The emphasis is on process rather than outcome, and on making space for reflection, insight, and gentle transformation. You do not need prior art experience.

Format & atmosphere

Workshops may include guided creative exercises, quiet reflection, and optional sharing within a supportive group setting.

Each intuitive art workshop invites people who are curious about using creativity as a tool for self-understanding, renewal, and reconnection — rather than performance or perfection.

Current & future workshops

Workshops are offered periodically, both independently and in collaboration with venues, galleries, or organisations.

Details of upcoming sessions will be shared here when available.

Recent workshop

A recent workshop explored intuitive mark-making, writing, and reflection as a way of reconnecting with creative voice.

Participants worked quietly with simple materials, allowing colour and imagery to emerge without expectation.

The session created a shared atmosphere of presence, openness, and gentle insight — with many reflecting afterwards on how accessible and grounding the process felt. ‘I didn’t want to leave.’ – Sarah

This workshop took place at Kenfig Nature Reserve, South Wales.
