Why I Created These Cards

A year ago I lost the ability to use my dominant hand due to chronic pain. After working in holistic therapies for decades, I suddenly found myself unable to do the work I had always done.

I began doodling with my left hand simply to keep myself occupied. What I discovered surprised me — it created a deep sense of calm and quiet in my mind.

That simple practice eventually evolved into my artwork and the Creative Calm card deck.
